There are visible gaps around and above the door; MDF must be added above the door to reduce the gap, as discussed on site. The door alignment is incorrect and the hidden-door finish is not achieved. The groove on the left side is missing, and the grooves around the opening/closing edges are not properly made or aligned. Light is passing through near the hinge side and this must be fully closed so no light is visible through the gaps. The overall finishing and alignment must be corrected so the door looks properly hidden and operates smoothly. In addition, the storage door next to the guest-bedroom door has still not been installed and remains pending. This is a high-priority item and is not considered completed.

The Magic Corner S pull-out is very hard to operate and is not working smoothly as expected. The installation/alignment appears incorrect. Inspect, realign, adjust, and fix the mechanism so the pull-out opens and closes smoothly and can be used normally without excessive force. This remains pending.

A 6 × 6 inch access cut-out is required in the wooden base next to the washing machine unit to access the drain point below. Provide a small finger/access hole in the removable cover so it can be lifted out and put back easily whenever drain access is required.
